Mohammed J. Bakhtaoui of 372 Ocean Ave., Revere, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Brendan John Kennedy of 84 Fellsmere St., Lynn, was charged with an arrest warrant and shoplifting by concealing merchandise, second offense.

William J. McKinnon of 5 McIntyre Rd., Saugus, was charged with an outstanding arrest warrant.

Jose Miguel Mejia of 77 Chestnut St., Lynn, was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug and distributing a Class B drug.

William Andre Carr of 33 Franklin Hill Ave., Boston, was charged with two outstanding arrest warrants.

Erroll Foreman of 156 Woodrow Ave., Dorchester, was charged with shoplifting by asportation, arrestee furnishing a false name/social security number, and three outstanding arrest warrants.

Brian Joseph Portelle of 18 Zito Dr., Saugus, was charged with possession of a Class drug.

Vincent J. Servizio of 16 Catalina Rd., Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for operating under the influence, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and a Fugitive from Justice on court warrant–New Mexico.
